No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final upon confirmation of your order.
Quality Guarantee: While we do not accept returns, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing error, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will work with you to correct the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or a credit towards your next purchase, at our discretion.
Order Accuracy: Please review your order carefully before submission. Ensure that all customization details, including spellings, colors, sizes, and other specific requests, are correct. A Pretty Little Mess is not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer at the time of order.
Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as your custom creation process may have already begun.
Cancellations beyond this timeframe cannot be accepted.
