The return of foodie Tuesday

As requested by some of you who missed Foodie Tuesday, Its back just for you……



Ice Cream without the guilt (yes its possible) and with only one simple Ingredient……


 so technically you could eat it for breakfast! (We did yesterday morning)

First you need to slice some bananas and stick them in the freezer until frozen.

When you take them out put them in the food processor until it looks like this…


And voila banana ice cream, you can add any other ingredients you like. May I suggest peanut butter, it’s very good in it.
And there you go guilt free ice cream well almost depends on what other ingredients you add to it.
